This is my crazy cool looking particle engine. It uses XML files to create custom particle systems. If you want to, you can create your own particle systems. Just open up the various XML files and start changing stuff around.
Make sure you download qt-mtnc321.dll as well, also on the downloads page. This file is needed to run the particle engine, just place it inside of the particle engine's folder after extracting it. Note: This program requires qt-mtnc321.dll |

Its Haro from Gundam Seed, and he is annoying as ever! I wrote this program while learning the basics of C#. Its nothing impressive, but it will probably give you a laugh if your familiar with Haro. I suggest setting this up to run 20 times when a friends computer starts up! :)
